Sourcing & Outreach
We actively recruit candidates from local communities across South Florida through job boards, staffing partners, social media, and on-site outreach. Our focus includes hospitality, administrative, warehouse, and trade roles throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and nearby counties.
Screening & Pre-Qualification
Each candidate goes through a tailored screening process that may include phone or video interviews, skills assessments, and optional background or drug verification coordinated through our partner network.
Candidate Presentation
Qualified candidates are presented directly to staffing agencies or employer hiring teams, saving time and improving retention by aligning job readiness with real opportunities.
