Who We Are
Ark Resource Group is a South Florida recruiting and candidate sourcing company serving small businesses, and staffing organizations.
Founded in 2022, Ark helps employers build qualified candidate pipelines without the cost and complexity of traditional staffing models.
For small businesses, we provide direct-hire recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
For staffing and recruiting agencies, we provide dedicated sourcing and recruiting support designed to expand internal recruiting capacity and help keep active positions moving.
Our primary market is South Florida, including Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties, while our sourcing team can also support recruiting projects in other U.S. markets.
Through community organizations, nonprofit relationships, job boards, referral networks, and professional recruiting tools, Ark connects employers with candidates actively looking for employment opportunities.
When an employer requires temporary staffing, payroll, workers’ compensation, or employer-of-record services, Ark can coordinate those services through qualified third-party partners.
