At Ark Resource Group, we’re more than a sourcing service — we’re a community-driven workforce partner connecting South Florida employers, staffing agencies, and local talent across key industries.
We specialize in sourcing, screening, and preparing reliable, job-ready candidates for direct hire in hospitality, construction, administrative support, and skilled trades. Unlike traditional staffing agencies, we don’t employ or assign workers — we empower them. Our role is to bridge the gap between people ready to work and businesses ready to grow, helping both sides save time, reduce costs, and build lasting success.
Through collaborations with trusted nonprofit partners — including Health Awareness Foundation for Life (HAFF), High Impacto, and Interactive Community Alliance (ICA) — we extend our impact beyond hiring by connecting job seekers to wellness resources, training opportunities, and community support programs. Our process

1. Targeted Local Sourcing
We recruit directly within our South Florida communities through job boards, social media, local events, and partner referrals. Our focus includes construction, hospitality, general labor, carpentry, warehouse, and administrative support roles.
2. Initial Screening & Assessment
Each applicant completes a personalized review that may include phone interviews, work eligibility checks, and soft-skill evaluations. When requested, we can also coordinate trade experience verifications or basic skills tests to ensure candidates are ready to perform.
3. Resume Support & Job Preparation
Our team helps job seekers strengthen their resumes and prepare for interviews so they’re equipped to represent your company confidently and professionally.
4. Optional Add-On Services
Need extra compliance support? We can assist with background checks, drug testing, or E-Verify coordination — only when needed, keeping your hiring process simple and cost-effective.
