Our focus is strictly on resourcing, not staffing. That means we don’t employ or assign workers—we prepare them to be employed by you.
Our process
At Ark Resource Group, our process is designed to simplify and strengthen the connection between qualified candidates and the employers who need them. We begin by actively sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach. Once we identify interested individuals, we conduct initial screenings to assess their experience, communication skills, and overall fit. From there, we assist with resume preparation, categorize each candidate by role, skill set, language proficiency, and work history, and offer optional services like background checks, E-Verify, and drug testing. Once candidates are fully prepared, we match them with employers or staffing agencies based on specific job requirements—ensuring a reliable and efficient hiring experience for everyone involved.
